Our promise
The North Pole Department of Wishes is built to be privacy-first. Parents control accounts. We collect minimal information about children — only what is needed to create and manage the requested Christmas experience. We never sell data, and we never use child data for targeted advertising.
What we collect
We collect a parent's name and email address to create an account. We collect limited details about a child — such as their first name, age range, interests and wishes — solely to personalise a letter from Santa. We do not ask for or store children's addresses, phone numbers, school names or exact locations.
How we use information
Information is used only to create and manage the requested Christmas experience, subject to this privacy policy. Personal details are never publicly displayed. Children's names are never exposed through public URLs.
Family sharing
Parents may create private, revocable sharing links for trusted family members. These links can be revoked at any time. The child never sees who has claimed or purchased an item.
Your controls
Parents can update preferences, delete child data, and delete their account at any time from Santa's Secret Office. Deletion is straightforward and permanent.
