Question 1

Is the Santa letter really free?

Accepted Answer

Yes — completely free. There is no charge for creating, previewing, receiving or downloading a personalised letter from Santa. The core experience will always remain free.

Question 2

How does the letter work?

Accepted Answer

A grown-up opens a Christmas Wish File and tells Santa a little about their child. Santa's Correspondence Office prepares a personalised reply, the grown-up previews and approves it, and the official letter is emailed free of charge.

Question 3

Do children need an account?

Accepted Answer

No. Parents and guardians control the experience. A grown-up creates the account and provides the child's details. Children never create their own accounts.

Question 4

What information do you need?

Accepted Answer

Only what's needed to write a warm, personal letter — a first name, age range, interests and wishes. We never ask for addresses, phone numbers, school names or exact locations.

Question 5

Can I edit the letter before it's sent?

Accepted Answer

Yes. After generating, you can preview, regenerate, edit and approve the letter. No email is sent before you've had a chance to review it.

Question 6

Is my child's information safe?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We are privacy-first. We never sell data, never use child data for advertising, and never publicly display child profiles. Parents can delete data at any time.

Question 7

What is the Wish Register?

Accepted Answer

It's a beautiful digital Christmas wish list. Children (with parent supervision) can add wishes by category. Grown-ups can privately attach gift links that children never see.

Question 8

What is family sharing?

Accepted Answer

Parents can create private, revocable links for grandparents or trusted family. Family members can mark 'I've got this' to prevent duplicate gifts. The child never sees who claimed an item.

Question 9

What is the North Pole Passport?

Accepted Answer

A digital passport where children collect stamps for exploring the North Pole. It's just for fun — no leaderboards, no competition.

Question 10

Is Flight Control real tracking?

Accepted Answer

Christmas Eve Flight Control is a magical, fictional entertainment experience. It is presented with love, not as verified real-world tracking.
