Parents in charge
The North Pole Department of Wishes is designed so that parents and guardians control the experience. Children do not create their own accounts. A grown-up opens a Wish File, provides the details, and approves the letter before it is sent.
Minimal information
We do not ask children for addresses, phone numbers, school names or exact locations. We collect only what is needed to create a warm, personalised letter — a first name, age range, interests and wishes.
No public profiles
We do not create publicly searchable child pages. We do not publicly display child profiles. Children's names are never placed in public URLs.
No advertising to children
We do not show retail purchasing prompts to children. We do not use child data for targeted advertising. Shopping and gift links belong only in grown-up areas.
No public communication
There is no public chat, no public comments, and no public messaging. Children are never encouraged to contact strangers.
Deletion
Parents can delete a child's data or the entire family account at any time from Santa's Secret Office.
